Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A:Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, Terms of payment 30% in advance, balance payment before delivery of the goods.

A: 3 workdays for sample order if available in stock, 20 workdays if no stock.
7~15 workdays for batch order if available in stock, 30~50 workdays if no stock.

Warranty time: 12 months from delivery date of every shipment.
Ways of replacement (within warranty time):If there is any quality problem, the buyer should send to TMB the written complaint of quality within warranty time.
